Precise Conchem Pvt Ltd - a Mumbai-based company - began its journey in 2008 to offer quality solutions for challenges faced by the building construction industries; predominantly cracks, de-bonding of plasters and water leakages & seepages.
With changes in government and administrative policies, the company started developing its products by adopting latest innovative techniques to meet the demands of the future, in the building construction industry.
At Gujarat, in 2010, the company initiated its production based on the advanced Polymerized Drymix Mortar Technology adopted in European countries. The company started manufacturing high-quality Polymerized Drymix Mortars and Plasters, with its Flagship brands ‘SILICOplast’ and 'SILICOfix’ respectively.
The company owns a state-of-art factory, which is strategically located in the Industrial belt of Panoli, Ankleshwar (Gujarat). The factory is one of the most modern automated plants in India, in which all the critical manufacturing processes and operations are completely controlled by P.L.C SYSTEMS (Programmed Logic Controller). With this, the company confidently assures all the customers, a supply of 100% consistent high-quality products, at all point of times, round the year. The company has a production capacity of 25,000 bags of Polymerised Drymix Mortars / Plasters per day, where each bag weighs 40kg.
The plant is well-equipped with in-house Research and Development lab to ensure new product innovation and quality.
We have been one of the foremost companies to offer Research-based Factory-processed River sand, by adopting a stringent method of purifying, grading and proportioning of River sand.
The company’s continuous Research and Development has helped to support the industry with Green and Environment-friendly products that are sustainable in terms of durability, quality and efficiency.
